Domiciliary Care Assistants – Contracted Hours

We have a great team staff that we want to expand so we can continue to provide dependable, trustworthy, high quality home care that meets all personalised expectations for private individuals, local authorities and other local organisations.

We welcome experienced care workers with a full driving licence and portable DBS, however, we know that everyone has to start somewhere and that’s why we often employ people who have no experience or qualifications and put them through a series of our tailored training courses including enrollment onto a Health & Social Care Qualification at Level 2 or above to develop them to be competent to provide the best quality care.  Staff development is one of our top priorities and run regular activities and awards to reward staff to excel in their role.

We are currently seeking 20+ carers on contracted hours starting at 16hrs per week

So are you who we are looking for?  Read on…

  • Do you hold a Health and Social Care Level 2 QCF or be willing to complete one? (we will provide this training free of charge and support you throughout the course)
  • Will you be willing to complete an induction period and the required mandatory training?
  • Are you flexible, reliable and have access to own transport with a full driving licence?
  • Are you able to work alternative weekends and bank holidays where required?
  • Are you confident and able to communicate effectively both written and verbally?

  • Pay rates starting at £8.00 per hour – raising in April 2018
