Community Support Roles

Domiciliary Care Assistants – Contracted Hours

At Awarding Care we recognise that there is no place like home – that’s why we’re right behind those people who wish to remain at home and be as independent for as long as it is safe to do so. We strive to be consistent, reliable and give all our customers a person-centred and rewarding experience.

We have a great team staff that we want to expand so we can continue to provide dependable, trustworthy, high quality home care that meets all personalised expectations for private individuals, local authorities and other local organisations.

We welcome experienced care workers with a full driving licence and portable DBS, however, we know that everyone has to start somewhere and that’s why we often employ people who have no experience or qualifications and put them through a series of our tailored training courses including enrollment onto a Health & Social Care Qualification at Level 2 or above to develop them to be competent to provide the best quality care.  Staff development is one of our top priorities and run regular activities and awards to reward staff to excel in their role.

We are currently seeking 20+ carers on contracted hours starting at 16hrs per week
